This is 2025 season plan, all further detail will be delivered by the end of 2024. You will stay and learn at a 100 olds house in Kumamoto where is beautiful nature of the vast land near by Mt.Aso. The area is know clear and natural water sources and as one of best place for Soba food. You will join series of classes, study fundamental know-how, materials, techniques, recipe of soup etc. at school and at the last part, you will experiment how to cook Soba noodle. Optional Course: 1. leaning Japanese language 2. weekend short trip 3. guide for essential needs for days The fee includes: 1. school fee 2. accommodation Other than these, you will have to bear with your own budget, if any.
