Cancellation Policy (For Inbound & Outbound Travel) If you cancel your booking for personal reasons after your travel contract has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply per person, based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice. Cancellation Fees: 1) 40 to 31 days before the tour start date - No cancellation fee 2) 30 to 3 days before the tour start date - 20% of the total tour price 3) 2 days before the tour start date or on the tour start date - 50% of the total tour price 4) After the tour has started or in the case of a no-show without notice - 100% of the total tour price Important Notes: ・Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is accepted). The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your notice. ・For travel that includes hotels, facilities, activities, restaurants, charter flights, cruise ships, or transportation specially arranged at the customer’s request, different cancellation fees may apply based on supplier conditions. ・Additional or different cancellation conditions may apply to trips that include: Sea or river transportation as part of international or domestic travel Three (3) or more consecutive nights on a cruise ship during the itinerary In such cases, applicable cancellation fees will be explained separately at the time of booking or confirmation.
