In the event that any change to the scheduled arrival time of the passenger’s flight, or any flight delay, is anticipated, the passenger shall notify the Company by email or telephone prior to boarding. If, without such prior notification, the passenger fails to meet the assigned driver within thirty (30) minutes after the scheduled transfer time following the flight’s arrival, the transfer service shall be deemed automatically canceled, and a 100% cancellation charge shall apply, with no refund provided.
